UPS only lets me select the top option

I am testing my checkout in VM and when I get to the UPS section, it gives me several options of how I want it to ship. The problem is, when I click on any option, it always defaults to the first option available. Can someone point me in the right direction to get this fixed?

If I remember correctly, this is due to some browser's interpretation of the span tags for each rate.  I believe FireFox is the main culprit.

You'll need to remove the span tags from the HTML output in the ups.php file, function list_rates.
