How do I make that my customers will be paid by paypalom? Now, i get message:
The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details.

Your shop image is probably on a non-SSL directory. Remove this line to correct (removes the shop logo image and uses shop name text in its place):

"cpp_header_image" => $vendor_image_url,

OR add your shop image to a SSL directory with a valid certificate.
