Configure UPS Module depending on shipping address

My operate an international operation and have warehouses in Canada and Europe.  I've spoken to a developer who can configure the UPS module so that it can use two different UPS account numbers (one from Canada or one from Europe) depending on the address it's shipping to.

It'll cost about $700 to get this job done.  Is anyone interested in sharing the costs with me?
