credit card payment method not displaying

I have one payment method published (credit card) but it doesn't show up.

At checkout I get this:

Selected payment
No payment selected
Checkout Step 3
Please select a payment method
We are sorry, no payment method matches the characteristics of your order. Please .

Just upgraded to Joomla 5.1.1 and VirtueMart 4.2.16 11030

I guess you have configured the payment method with specific criteria, such as for some particular countries, zip codes, shopper groups, etc. In that case, the payment method will be displayed when you fill in the billing/shipping address in the cart, and it meets your set criteria.
