Translations not working

Hello,

we have a webshop and installed the dutch translations. However, Shopping cart details are all in English
We do have a Onepage checkout installed.
The site crashed (due to a error of one of the people how can edit at the back)
We published the new site and since then... all in English.
What are we forgetting / doing wrong?
