istraxx QUANTITY CUSTOMSIZE

I ask the community for help as I have not received a response from the plugin manufacturer!


I have a problem with the display of the custom field "Quantity Customsize" in the cart of Virtuemart.

I followed the guide but I don't see the name of the custom field or the value.

the manufacturer provides this solution:
"Answer: By default Fieldname Dimension contains a string VMCUSTOM_ISTRAXX_CUSTOMSIZE_A. When you browse the language file you will find this content for the language key: Length %1$s %2$s
In most cases it is solved by adding %1$s %2$s to your dimension string e.g.: LoremIpsum %1$s %2$s"

This solutions not work for me!


My config is:

Joomla 4.3.4
Virtuemart 4.2.2
Plug-in istraxx_plgvm3_customsize_quantity_2.0.2.zip (regularly purchased)
