"Not found" error after Virtuemart subscription

Hi,

Subscription works fine from Joomla.
I have set « New User Account Activation » on « Self »

But when a visitor wants to suscribe with Virtuemart form, they get an error « Not found » after the validation.
The URL of the page is :

I found the solution by chance:
I had 2 captcha plugins activated:
ReCaptcha   captcha +invisible reCAPTCHA
I had to deactivate the invisible reCAPTCHA (not used in this site) and I got the subscription process working without error.


For my education:
Was there some indications in the debug message?
How could I have found the reason with a "classic" debugging process?
