Hello,

I've upgraded a site to Joomla 3.9.18 and Virtuemart 3.8.2 and the process went flawless.

I've now a problem on virtuemart backend - the frontend apparently is working fine. When I try to enter the product detail section (administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=product) just find a blanck page. Anything else (categories, tools, supliers, etc.) are working. I cannot find any error logs (turned on php debug both at joomla and vm administration).

I've been aroud the forum to figure out what could be the problem. I think that's not a memory problem, since it has plent at php.ini and .htacces.

The only issue that I stepped in is when I downgrade from php 7.0 to php 5.5 I can enter at the admin product page but with a unformatted layout (please see attache file). Also, this occurs when I "disabled" .htacess file.

Anyone has an idea about what could cause this issue? Is there any other place with error logs that I can dig to find the problem?

Thanks in advance,
Ed

Hi again,

Is there a chance that this issue could be related to media files? I'm sayng that because the problem arise only at virtuemart's admin with products page and at shop > media files.

Any input will be trully apreciated.

Thanks,
Ed

Hi GJC,

Thanks for the input.

I've got back to the basics and follow all the steps... so it's seems that was a memory shortage (128M is not enough).

Thank you again,
Ed
