address field value gets removed after every order confirmation

hello i am using latest verion of joomla v 3.9 and virtuemart v 3.6.
i have faced an issue which is vanishing the value of address field every time that user wants to make a new order.even without logging out.
i mean my customer fills out the whole billing address information or the shipment address. he finishes his order buy clicking confirm.
and then i get his order information and i can see his address field has been filled properly for that order.
but after that when he wants to make another order he will see the "lost value for the address field" error at the checkout page and he has to type his address at the empty address textarea field again.

what checkout are u using?

i am using the built-in virtuemat checkout, and also i have enabled checkout in one page option at the virtuemat configuration.

thanks for your reply, yes i am using a joomlart virtuemart template, honestly i think it was ok until i enabled the city field as required field at the shopperfield above the address field, i also have tried to disabling the city field to see if it gets solved or not,  but it didn't. i have realized that my address_1 field value doesnt save to userinfo table in database anymore but it goes to the users order info table.
