Virtuemart x email

Hello people
I have a problem with a virtuemart store
When setting up email in joomla, I can send the test email
I put an rsform on the site and it works
When making a purchase, she sends the email to the buyer, but not to the merchant's email.
Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
