Features Requests - I have 2 Features i'd like to request

Hi there. I'd like 2 features:

1. The ability to add shopper group/groups to product categories. The Reason, product Categories can allow restrictions for shopper groups (Price Display, different Prices, Add to Cart Buttons removal, Quantity Removals etc) and further customisation via template overrides.

2. A Drop Down Selection in Product Category (Virtuemart Category View Settings) to enable/disable Add to Cart Bar (Button and Quantity), Add to Cart Button (Only), Quantity Selection (Only). Also enable/disable "Show Product Price."
