Order e-mail - send a new copy after modify.

Is there a pugin for VM 3.x for sending a new copy of the order email to the customer?
For example after an order modify...

You can do this today. In VM admin orders view.

Change order status and it will be sent to the customer. Check which status you have set to sen email under VM admin configuration-emails.
