multi vendor extension that vendors can sell all products

Hello
is any multi vendor extension that places vendor as a merchant ?
I mean is any functionality or extension to sell all products by all vendors in virtuemart ?
for this job I want to assign per shopper or shopper group to a vendor for example :
shopper1 -> vendor1
shopper2 -> vendor1
shopper3 -> vendor1
shopper4 -> vendor2
shopper5 -> vendor2
shopper6 -> vendor2

If shopper1,2,3 buy any product invoice sends to vendor1 and commission assign to vendor1 , and if shopper 4,5,6 buy any product invoice sends to vendor2 and commission assign to vendor2 .

The current multivendor works so, that a vendor has its own products.

In your case, a lot vendors have the same product? and it depends on the shopper, which vendor is meant?

In fact I want to have a minimal Distribution Channel . products entered by central office and  vendors (Marketer) can sell these products to their own shoppers (customers) .
per vendor can approve his own shopper invoices and has own commission percent.

can you not use a main parent and child per vendor ?
I dont have tested, but you can assign price and tax per shopper group too.
or perhaps use 2 categories tree(1 per vendor), if you want 2 shops.
Of course if the stock need same products, it not work.
Note that you can restrict vendor access per categories.
