How to customize the email to vendor template?

Joomla Version: Joomla! 3.9.4 Stable [ Amani ]
Virtuemart Version: VirtueMart 3.4.2

I need to add the product image to the email send to the vendor when a customer places an order.
Which file should I edit to customize (what is its location and its filename), and how should I add the product image?
Please be as specific as possible.

Thank you very much for your reply.

That was very helpful. It sort of worked.

It doesn't really display the thumb of the product but it made the name a clickable link so we can now click and see what the actual product looks like.

Probably I made a mistake somewhere.
At least we can now live with that.
