I recently purchased Joomla "Responsive Virtuemart Printing Company Template" for use on Print and Graphics online store https://jjgraphics-usa.com/

Unfortunately, I'm having trouble with the template looking like the Demo site. I'm hosting on "Siteground" Joomla 3.8.x and PHP 5.7

I've asked for installation instructions from https://extensions.virtuemart.net/ticket where I purchased the Template, but get no reply. Using files from download link tpl_nb_vm_printmart_UNZIP_FIRST.zip

If anyone can assist with this it would be greatly appreciated.
