How to make fast order direct

Hello, I need to create Fast order with 2 or 3 (For example Name, Telephone and Send button) input fields and Send button. The form can be html form, which if I can to integrate in Product details page. When the button clicked, form send email to us and we call the client. Can advice me how to achieve this? I preffer to have some DIV class with background and text Fast order, when click to load the two inputs and send button in the div?

Not really VM related.. it would be a simple form that sends an email...  various ways to do this incl. using the ask a question form as a starting point

You can try to use a form builder and display the form module in all product ., you only have to dynamic get the product ID

Yes, you're right! my repsonse belongs to another threat. Sorry for the confusion  ! Anyway, I solved it with the shopper fields under Configuration. You can even require any fields you really need. The fields will be displayed at the end of the order process.
