Hi.
i have a lot of products on my website that only have short description on them, and don't have much content.
google does not show them in index when i search "site:www.farafan-market.ir" and says:
"In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 428 already displayed."

what can i do to solved this issue? do i have to create content for every single product page?
my competitors product pages don't have any content but they have good ranking in google page results. how come?

If another website has better pagerank, then it is first displayed in google search.
This can be, because he have more partner(linked) sites, have more content (not only in the shop), is older ...
You have to check your html tags too, eg using H1,h2 ... adding link description, your link structure, related products ...
Another way to check is to use private browser, google check your location and all search you do, before displaying the list of results.

Your site is .ir, so perhaps on search in the English google search this get filtered.
Does your site use SSL(https) ?
Have you added your site in Goole?
Do you have created a google account and sitemap ?
If you do nothing, then your site get never displayed in google search. Many complain about search result, but dont want do any work to get better page rank.
