Modal PopUp of product details doesn't work

Hello,
I have a problem with model popup when a try to display the product details on my website nevenka.solucioneswebcalor.es.

On the category view (http://nevenka.solucioneswebcalor.es/index.php/tienda/mujer/sujetadores) when I click on the magnifying glass link the popup doesn't show the products details. The add-to-cart icon works correctly, showing the popup.

Can anyone help me to solve this issue??

Hi,
my template developer is missing so I try to find a solution by myself...

the demo works correctly (http://demo.solucioneswebcalor.es/wolverine/index.php/shop/category-caro) so I think it is something about the configuration of my website or some problems related with the upgrade of Joomla or Virtuemart (originally this template was designed for Joomla 3.7.2 and VM 3.2.2).

If someone can give me a clue to solve this I will appreciate.

This is a custom template, you have to speak with the custom template designer.

This is not a feature of the standard VM.

LIkely to be a JavaScript issue, but the only real error I see from a quick console check is this from your facebook module.

I understand this is a problem of my custom template.

I finally change the url to the product detail, so I found a different solution to my problem (no more popup problems).
