Basket issue

Hi, why is it, that after completing an order, basket stays full with goods and don´t reset?

Also, the button fot deleting some goods doesn´t work, page refresh, but nothing happens.

And ... where I can change the final message after completing order (in case, when I use language plugin for VM)?
