Choosing Multi Variant Hangs on loading

Joomla 3.5.1 VM 3.0.16

For some strange reason, suddenly all my products are hanging on loading when choosing a different variant or option from product details page.
If I click a product it takes me to the details page, and say its a t-shirt. The default size is medium and I want large. I click drop down and choose large and all I get is a spinning wheel like its trying to load and it never finishes. I have to hit the browser refresh button for the option to take effect and load.

Any idea why this would be happening? It just started doing this a couple days ago when someone else was in the admin panel messing with shipping settings. I dont see how shipping could affect the multi variant on product details page but I guess anything is possible. Any help with this please?

have u looked in the console for JS errors?
