Extra fields in Cart

Hi. Our cart page has what seems to be 2 extra fields at the bottom which require Zip and City information, both of which have already been entered in the 'bill to' and 'shipment' sections. (see screen cap in red outline)
This is causing some orders to fail as people don't see how or why to re-enter this information. Any assistance appreciated. VM 3.0.16 Joomla 3.6.2

What has changed ?

Have You added custom fieds or user fields ?

Has it always been like this ?

Turn of the overrides for Your template and see if they disapears.

Hmm.. this is the 2nd time I've seen this.. odd

In my case a clients site had 2 telephone shopper fields .. swears they never made an extra one ..

Yep it was user fields. The two extra fields were checked green in the 'Show in Cart Form' column. Unticked them as per screen cap and they are gone.

No, it's about 6 years old so has gone through a few upgrades.
