Set Discounts VM3

Greetings.

I was loking for the documentation for discounts and i can't find exactly what i'm looking for. The point is i need to set a discount (or several of them) to one category. I look for the section of discounts but i can't find it.
The end of this is that the detail or the preview shows she full price stroked and the discount price.

My current VM is 3.0.10 in Joomla 3.4.4.

Thanks but here is a problem, i need to set a specific discount to a specific product and i set the rule and the rule gets for all the catalog.

EDIT: Besides i'm looking for the function to show regular price slashed and discount price and i can't find it. I look for the other entries and i got confused.

if it just a single product either use a hidden cat with this discount and just that product  (think that works)

or use the price over ride in the product admin

The documentation is excellent, thank you.

I was wondering, is there any way to apply discount rules based in products unit ordered?.  For example, if the customer ordered one unit, so they get 10% of discount, but if he ordered 2 or more products, get 20%.

I am using VM 3.0.16
