Is VM 3.0.17 a stable version which compatible with Joomla 3.6?

1. Is VM 3.0.17 a stable version which can be used for a real shop?
2. Is VM 3.0.17 compatible with Joomla! 3.6?

VM3.0.17 and the update of that, 3.0.17.2 are odd numbered versions, so are for testing by experienced users, many of are using them for live stores. If you only want to use "stable" versions then wait for VM3.0.18

And yes, 3.0.16+ versions all work with J3.6
