Failed to create a new category

Dear,
not allow me to save a new category in the catalog, using VirtueMart Joomla 3.0.12 with 3.4.8, I get the following error:

An error has occurred.
  1062 Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY' SQL = INSERT INTO `w47fa_virtuemart_categories`(`virtuemart_category_id`,`virtuemart_vendor_id`,`category_template`,`category_layout`,`category_product_layout`,`products_per_row`,`ordering`,`shared`,`limit_list_step`,`limit_list_initial`,`metarobot`,`metaauthor`,`published`,`created_on`,`created_by`,`modified_on`,`modified_by`) VALUES ( '0', '1', '0', '0', '0', '', '3', '0', '0', '0', '', '', '1' , '8/7/2016 21:00:36', '42', '8/7/2016 21:00:36', '42')

You can tell me what steps have to follow to resolve this error, thanks

Currently using VM3.0.12 on Joomla 3.4.8 PHP 5.6.15
