Cart just Keeps Confirming purchase

Hi guys,
Need help using VM3.0.16 and Joomla 3.5.1.

I have created a product in my website, but when i go to check out, all it does is keeps "confirming purchase" over and over again, it won't check out

Any idea how I can fix this?

check for JS errors
make sure all required fields are filled
check with protostar template

or at least try with protostar first .. debug looks OK of what there is there .. are there no system messages showing?
