Ask question form not work

In my page I use vm 3.014.
Almost everything is ok but in product detail view, ask question not work.
I get the form where i fill question and email but when I click send I get error message (page no found).
When I try to use form with reCaptha I dont get reCaptha field to vsible at all....

Can some one help me?

I update my Virtuemart to 3.0.16 but not help...

Now I notice that if I fill email address to name field it work.
Where I can find send message form template??

Thanks but why I am edit core VM Files at all....
I don't think that other user has same problem so I must have something else wrong in my settings...

So my joomla version is 3.5.1, PHP-version   5.5.35

Ok ok... I am stupid
In thread start I get advice to update vm.... I update it by dowload it in vm webpage but I dont notive that is at version 3.0.14...So when I notice that I still using old version, I download current version fron development page and now email work fine....

Arghh...
