Issue with any Payment Method Configuration

Hello,
I'm unable to select the "order status" that will be applied based on transaction result under Payment Method Configuration.
When i clink on top of each drop-down selection for the transaction results it just do not drop-down,
I even tried to uninstall Virtuemart and install it back again, but just do not work.

What can be the cause of the issue?
What can I do to fix it?

Any help is very much appreciated.

Thanks GJC, but I want to be able to edit the option also under Payment Method for:
Pending transactions
Successful transactions
Cancel transactions
Capture Payment
Refunded transactions
Partial Refunded transactions

Looks like that there is a conflict of some sort and the drop-down selection is not working.
I will be happy to provide you access to take a close look.

Hello

What GJC means is that all these dropdowns require order statuses. Do You have any under  Config->Order Statuses ?
If there aren´t any there, there will be no options to choose from in these dropdowns.

Do other dropdowns work ?

It worded, actually I never paid attention to it because on previews templates those settings where already in there pre-written.

One more thing, please, there is and extra script ( VMPAYMENT_PAYPAL_STATUS_DENIED )
What should I write on Order Status Details to make it work?

Order Status Name: VMPAYMENT_PAYPAL_STATUS_DENIED ?
Stock handling: Is evailable, Is recerved, Is removed   ?
Order Status Code: P,U,C,X,R,S   ?

I appreciate any suggestion.

Good to hear.

You should create a joomla override for both the backend and the frontend for the text  VMPAYMENT_PAYPAL_STATUS_DENIED

Choose then the status You want to have when the payment is denied. Maybe DENIED ?
