VM 3 / Bulk Update Tax on Products

Hello,
Sorry to bother I just migrated a site from VM1.5 to VM3.0.9 and was wondering if there is within the interface or through MySQL to bulk update the products for there taxation rule.  I am trying to change Baseprice (Old tax tax ruleset) to Apply no rule all at once since they have 2400+ products, and in the old interface you could display amounts of items per page and I don't see that in this one.  Your assistance would be most appreciated.

You can use my product VM BE PRO : Batch process and edit Products! to change price/tax (or many other product fields).
