One Page Checkout for VM3.0.8

I'm running the latest and greatest version of Virtuemart v.3.0.8 on a new site that I'm developing.
I need a good / free one page checkout plugin that will work with multiple payment options.

I've tried VMOnepage and it looks G-R-E-A-T but it WILL NOT work properly with multiple authorize.net and paypal payment options enabled.
The developer also has YET to return a single email or respond to any queries.

Any advice that anyone could offer would be fantastic / most appreciated.
