No email send to the admin or customer - PayPal payment - Multivendor enablebled

Hello,
I have VirtueMart 2.6.14 and when  Multivendor is enabled, then after a PayPal payment no email are send to the admin or to the customer.
If I change in Configuration
Enable debugging messages -> Only for administrators

then the emails start to work back OK
