Double emails being sent/same confirmation number

Joomla:  3.4.1
VM:  3.0.8

Orders that are confirmed on the back end are only showing up once, however when the order is sent I am getting the confirmation order twice in my inbox and my sent folder.  I have tried every setting and I either get no confirmation emails or I get 2 in my inbox and 2 in sent?  Not sure what I am missing here?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
