Virtuemart 3 thumb quality

Hi!
In VM3,I can't find any field can setting quality compression for thumbnails image,
where i can find it?
Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

remember playing with this a while back - there is a jpg setting around line 392 -> set on 89
I tried 100 - didn't make the slightest difference

It is more about the GD library on the server - will never be as good as e.g. photoshop
