Add IMAGE to a product when Image is already on the server

Hi,
I want to add an image to a product, the image is already on the server.
But... I don't have the 'IMAGE ATTACH NEW' button as I have seen on some printscreens on the forum.
If I copy the URL, it is overwritten too.

Ideal I would like subfolders in the image/products folder of VM. (3.02)
And I would like to use 1 image for different products.

I already tried the Media List, but I don't seem to manage to link an image to a product through that channel.

I already searched the forum and the internet, cannot find a solution, not even a paid plugin that would help with that;
can someone help me please?
