I have two major problems:

1) the product detail page, I want to remove the inscription:
VMSHIPMENT_WEIGHT_COUNTRIES_SHIP_TOItaly
VMSHIPMENT_WEIGHT_COUNTRIES_WITH_SHIPMENT
as in photo 1

2) even if you are logged in, in the purchase process
the courier appears
shipping methods not (as shown in fig attached)

I state that in Configuration -> Purchase Process I flagged the two fields
Enable the automatic selection of the expedition?
Enable the automatic selection of the payment?

Please help me I can not go on

2. If only one shipping method is set up and correctly configured then that should be preselected at checkout.

The first question I solved

For the second: I have set two payment methods

You have two shipping methods and also have a country defined in the plugin. Seems that in this case the method cannot be autoselected. Until the shopper enters their country in the billing address it would not be possible to select either of the ship methods, and then the shopper must make a choice. Play with the settings to see if you can get it to work as you want it.

I am disappointed by Virtuemart that despite potentially be a large extension, it is very cumbersome and complex

It is very powerful, but needs careful and accurate attention to configuration. And with the use of template, css and language overrides the output/layout is extremely flexible.

It could be a great extent, but I still is not.

My problem is not dependent from template, from css, but by an operation which for me is too cumbersome.
