How to see who deleted a category

I would like to know if it's possible to see who deleted a product category, like some logs or something. I have multiple admins and one of them deleted a category.
Virtuemart 3.2.8, Joomla 3.8.3, PHP 7.0.26

It's not possible, Vm do not have delete history excluding for the order status changes.
Only a system plugin or on hacking the core you can add a log file.
But best of course is to write a system plugin, so you don't loose the changes.
Of course you can log more as category delete, depending your needs.

Thank you very much. Good to know, I'm thinking to do this in the future... I was more interested to see who deleted a category that is missing. Because I have a discount rule of 30% that was pointed to "Blank Category" and when someone deleted this category, the discount of 30% applied to the next orders placed on the website...

I think that this can be a nice feature, including other actions, because when you have a problem, it's hard to find the user destroying your shop.
