Price not showing in Cart

Why would the price not show in the CArt when it displays everywhere else on site?

I have run through a test order and price of product not showing in Cart until order is confirmed and then price shows on Paypal screen (sandbox mode)

Joomla: 2.5.24
VM: 2.6.10

Are you using a commercial template? If you are not using the default VM view files then it is likely to be a template override or css issue.

My site is not live yet but is running in a sub folder on the server.  Would it be ok for me to give you the URL?  No security issues with me posting is there?

You can just post it as is, or use tinyurl.com or similar to mask the actual url if worried about Google indexing it now.

I have deselected the "use only as catalogue" for the time being to try to solve the problem.

This is one of my product details pages.  If you click on Add to Cart nothing appears to happens when I have the "display modal pop up - Add to Cart" selected. 

I have deselected this so you can see the invoice so when you click "Add to Cart"  you are automatically taken to the Cart Invoice.

Any ideas why price not showing?



I did place the Cart in the module position User 1 but unpublished this for time being as not showing how I want it - need to tinker with CSS.

You are only wanting to display the final salesprice? Is that all that is selected in confic/pricing?

Can't see the problem - is that a template override?  Try selecting One Page Checkout enabled  in config/checkout.

You do have JavaScript errors, so you need to run a debugger. You are loading more than one version of jQuery. Thjat should not affect the price display but does affect the add to cart modal operation.

Yes I only want to display the price - there is no discount etc.  This config hasnt been changed and all worked ok up until a few days ago

It is a template override.  Have tried one page checkout before but will try again.

with regard to the javascript errors - how do you know you have them and how do I debug - using firebug?

Thanks - I did look at the link before.

Javascript errors way over my head so think will have to think of another way to do the website ( preferably one that does not require me to be an expert!)
