Hey guys, strange problem here. Site has been working fine all week. Updated Virtemart AIO and Joomla this week to the latest. VM 2.6.6 current joomla and current AIO. Everything was fine. I issued a refund a couple days ago and it failed to update the order status on it's own. I went to manually change the order status to refunded, but would get an error and it would not let me change it. Some error about workflow and R not being proper.

Didn't think much of it. Had two customers now with the same error so I checked it out myself. When you confirm the order, it loads for a few minutes, then directs to a blank page, with the site URL followed by /store/cart/confirm

It is setting orders in the back-end and marking them Pending. I have checked to config, everything is OK. I have disabled and re-enabled the plugin since that sometimes works with other issues and still not working.

I turned on the Error logging and am not finding the log. If anyone can go to millerperformancecars.com and "checkout" to try and get to the paypal page, that would help a lot. If anyone has any way of seeing what the problem is that would be better.

Oh, and PHP version is 5.4 and this seems to have happened AFTER the refund status change screwed up.

Ok I can confirm as a 'guest' that you are not being directed to Paypal.  Even on the initial purchase.

I'd suggest that you look at Paypal first as they have changed a few setting in the last few weeks themselves.

Well I have fixed the problem. I did not find exactly what the issue was, but this is what I did.

I enabled API based Express Checkout. It would take me to paypal allow me to sign in and confirm. it would bring me back to my site to "finish" the transaction but then it would hang up there too. Looking at Virtuemart ALL IN ONE, it said there was an update available this morning in my Joomla back-end. Updated that. Then I noticed that Virtuemart said 2.6.6 when in the virtuemart control panel, but when I was looking at it in the "manage extension" tab in the Joomla backend, I noticed it still said 2.0.24c which is what I updated from a couple weeks ago.

Anyway, I saw that 2.6.8 was available, installed it Via the Joomla install wizard in the backend, updated AIO to 2.6.8 as well and now it has gone back to working.

I don't know what would have allowed it to work but then suddenly stop, but updating everything again worked and has solved the issue.
