only possiblity for prepayment and shipping

Hello,

I will use in my webshop the possiblity of prepayment. The first months I will only use this Method and not via creditkart or bank.
The same is for shipmentmethod.

Now it is standard that i have to choose shipmentmethod and paymentmethod.
I would like that the shipmentmethod and paymentmethod is set to respectivily send by standard post and prepayment.
There must be no other possibility now.

How can I realise this?

If you configure only one ship and payment method - choose OPC enabled then only these methods will show..
