Looking for help with offline credit card plugin

Hi, I was hoping someone could help with a problem I'm having with the Offline Credit Card processing plugin I purchased.  I'm currently running Joomla 3.3 and managed to install VM version 2.9.8a.  I purchased the payment plugin 1.11 and installed it by replacing <install with <extension in the xml file.  Everything is working great except that there are no credit card types to choose from on the checkout.  When I open the configuration for the plugin it's blank except for the "Credit Card Payment Method: alatak_creditcard" blurb at the top.  I know both VM and the plugin are not certified for J3.3 yet but it seems like this would be a quick solution but I am no means an expert so correct me harsly if I'm wrong!  Thanks in advance for your time.

I don't know the plugin but J3 plugs use fields instead of parameters
try converting the xml to those
