GANTRY FRAMEWORK - CUSTOM CSS WITH VIRTUEMART

Hi all,
This is really a nightmare!
Until now, I use Gantry Framework on all sites we build.
We start a project  (online store) and we opted for Virtuemart (latest realeases - Joomla 2.5.24 and Virtuemart 2.6.6).
Created a Gantry Custom CSS, 'something' always override any changes that we made in the gantry-custom.css, except in the offline page (the site is offline).
We try the Warp Framework and we can override Custom CSS without any problems.
How can we 'force' gantry-custom.css to overwrite all the rest!?
Because we are much more familiar with Gantry Framework, we want to keep that platform.

I don't say that is a VM problem. I say that, with Gantry Framework, the gantry-custom.css, don't override the global style, like we can do with the Warp Framework!
For take this conclusion, we tested both.
Please don't answer one question with another. If you don't know, if the problem isn't familiar or you can't help, don't make me waste time to answer questions like that.
