String translation

Hello

I use latest J 3.4.1 and VM 3.0.8

I translated some customfields string and everything is fine when i change the language  but i have a problem....if near the string i attach a number or another word the string is not translated anymore.
Same situation i get when i use the string in product description.

Is here a plugin to translate the string or another solution?
