How to setup VM without Shipping and Payment methods?

Hi,

my client wants to use VM shop only for ordering products and nothing else, very simple. Ho say he doesn't need shipping and paymant method before checkout. Can somebody please explain me hot to disable these options? I use Joomla! 2.5.6 and VM  2.0.26d

perhaps just use the two std incl. ship and payment plugins with nothing configured in them

then hide them in the checkout etc
