Pagination not working

Going to the next page is no longer working. Clients stay on the same page when they click next or on the page number. This only happens in VM and not in Joomla. We use Joomla 2.5.20 and VM 2.6.4
Changing the number of items in the list creates a page without any products. See attachement.

A picture is no use. It used to work and now does not? What did you change?  What is the URL?
