all modules are away

i want to deinstall virtuemart and i deleted all modules and the component.
Now i reinstalled it and the modules are still away. the component virtuemart is there but not the modules like shopping card and categoryview...
how can i get them back?

Assuming you reinstalled both the main and aio components, use Joomla's Extensions Manager Discover facility.
