Emails from Virtuemart/joomla

How to disable ALL emails going out of virtuemart/joomla?

(or may be just direct emailings to a specific shopper at my will)

Possible or am I asking impossible thing?

Something like turn off all "Default Order Status to send email...." in Config/Checkout, disable "Ask a question" and "Tell a friend". Don't allow registration. Or hack the code to send all emails to the one address.
