[SOLVED] VM 200RC3K + J173: Currency is not formatted!

Hi all,

I upgrade from 200RC3 I to K, and got this error while open cart page:
URL: index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=cart

Error message:
Currency is not formatted! Contact the administrator, if your are one go to http://localhost/vm20/administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=currency&task=edit&cid[]=c

Not sure what the problem is because I have try to set and set agains currency for shop as you can see in my attached images

You must set a currency on your payment plugin.

Actually it was valerie,

but she added this morning, that the currency, if not selected should be the vendor currency, so we are confused that you had to choose it.

I too am having same issue I deleted all the currencies and left GBP as didn't need the others now I am getting error "Currency is not formatted! Go to"

How to resolve as really would like to keep Virtuemart But if I have to start this site over again then will just look for an easier platform as I am not a developer and don't have countless hours to waste

You should be able to click on the provided link and to SELECT your shop currency.

and please a message IS NOT AN ERROR !

a red traffic light is NOT AN ERROR. Please learn to differ between Error messages and hints. This is just a configuration issue and is solved since more than two years (look at the date of the threadstarter December 13, 2011) and a general tip
