review a purchased item no more listed

hi i would like to know if could be possible to review a purchased item which is no more listed. i sell unique items, so my customers buy something which will not be listed anymore! i would like anyway to have reviews as a satisfaction feedback even for further customers..just like in etsy or ebay is it possibile?
