Possible? Joomla ACL without Shopper Billing Address

I have a situation where I need to password protect a site, but I don't want the Joomla user's address information to be used as the VirtueMart Shopper information. I can't find any option or documentation to separate these two things. Is it possible?

I want to be able to give a group of people the same password, but I don't want them to know the address of the previous person who ordered.

 need someone who can build a plugin that will delete the user's billing information on virtuemart's confirmed order trigger.

I have a situation where I need to provide one Joomla user login to multiple people, but when they put in an order their billing information should be deleted instead of saved.

Problem:
VirtueMart uses Joomla's user as registered shoppers. I have one Joomla login to give to multiple people. When those people put in an order their billing information is saved for future use. Because it is a shared Joomla account, each user can see the billing information for previous order.

Proposed solution:
On the Confirmed Order trigger, the Joomla user's information would be purged so that the next order is empty.

Is this even possible?

Possibly could be done with a lot of programming, but I'm not a programmer. Suggest you assign a decent budget and post on http://jobs.virtuemart.net/

I posted this on oDesk (I need it done this weekend) but one of the candidates said it couldn't be done this way. I'd like this to be a plugin so I can keep updating VirtueMart. I'd rather not be stuck with a custom VirtueMart modification that I can't update with new releases.

I just wanted to confirm if this was possible or not.
