Registration form already contains first and last name

Hi,

We using Joomla 2.5 and VM 2.0.22b (can't upgrade yet) and when you select register the First Name and Last Name fields contain a customer's name in them. The same customer name always comes up. This just began happening about a week ago and I don't recall doing anything to create the situation. I have attached a screenshot. Please advise because some customers are registering and leaving this information in the field.
