How to edit PDF Invoice Header part ?

Hello All,

I am using Joomla 2.5.9 & Virtuemart 2.0.22.

How to edit Invoice (Both PDF & Email Invoice) header part ? (We are using default virtuemart tcpdf library for PDF Invoice, no other extensions)

Why because we want to remove Name from PDF Invoice header.
So, please guide me where want to change that?
